PARENTING YOUR CHILD
​The first option to consider is parenting the baby yourself. It may seem frightening to consider if you're alone or experiencing financial hardships. However, you're not in this alone. There are many people who support Pregnancy Resource Center East and other centers just like it all over the country.
Also, there are great local support agencies that PRCE can point you to for your particular situation. Here are a few in Baytown, TX.

THE HOPE PROGRAM

At Pregnancy Resource Center East, we have the HOPE program that provides loving, caring support young mothers and their babies, up to the age of 1 year.
Clients can receive maternity & baby items through the HOPE store and nutritional and parenting training in the classes, and that's just the beginning.
While you attend the classes, you will earn Mommy Money with "Earn While you Learn" to purchase everything you need from Diapers to bottles. There is also a car seat program that you may be able to receive a free car seat. The HOPE program attempts to remove any barriers preventing a woman from parenting her baby.
HELP FROM FAMILY & FRIENDS

In addition to helping women with parenting skills, Pregnancy Resource Center East also welcomes the Daddy of the baby, your parents, or anyone who will be helping you with your baby.
They can attend the parenting classes, participate in the Hope Program and earn Mommy Dollars to help you afford the things you need.
